Model Fair Processing Notice

This notice explains what information we collect, when we collect it and how we use this. During the course of our activities, we will process personal data (which may be held on paper, electronically, or otherwise) about you and we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner. The purpose of this notice is to make you aware of how we will handle your information.

It is noted that Mr Michael Richard Brankin-Frisby (Mike Frisby) trades under the name of The easy2 Property Company Ltd. 

Mike Frisby is a property developer, investor, mentor & networking host.

At the easy2 Property Company Ltd, we take the issue of security and data protection very seriously and strictly adhere to guidelines published in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is applicable from the 25th May 2018, together with any domestic laws subsequently enacted.

We are notified as a Data Controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner under registration number ZA032530 and we are the data controller of any personal data that you provide to us.

How We collect information from you and what information Is collect

We collect your information from:

  • When you sign up to our website(s) or any landing pages associated with Mike Frisby
  • Data collected from the Regent’s Park Property Investors Network Meeting (Mike Frisby is the host)
  • Various events, courses or business opportunities run by The easy2 Property Company Ltd or Mike Frisby
  • When you joint venture with The easy2 Property Company Ltd or Mike Frisby
  • Property mentorship with The easy2 Property Company Ltd or Mike Frisby
  • Social media campaigns

We may collect the following information:

  • Name & Job title
  • Contact information including email address
  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

Why We need this information about you and how it will be used

We need your information and will use your information for:

  • Internal record keeping
  • Processing orders you may have submitted
  • To enable us to supply you with the services and information which you have requested;
  • to analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support and improve and develop our business and the services we offer;
  • to contact you in order to send you details of our products and services as well as informative industry news
  • for all other purposes consistent with the proper performance of our operations and business.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Sharing of Your Information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting, unless you authorise us not to do so then this will not happen.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third-party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process orders and send you mailings). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and any UK/EEA service providers will be bound under the privacy laws which requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Transfers outside the UK and Europe: Your information will be stored within the UK, EEA and on the cloud storage and accounting systems, which servers are based in the United States of America and New Zealand.  Where information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we do our utmost to ensure that there are adequate safeguards in place to protect your information in accordance with this notice.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. When you give us personal information, place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

Profiling

We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively. We may also use your personal information to detect and reduce fraud and credit risk (in terms of joint venture partnering).

How we use cookies

Our CRM systems require a double opt-in form and a data consent form which you are welcome to decline, and we also have an unsubscribe button.
